FashMash Young Pioneers

Rosanna Falconer and Rachel Arthur, the co-founders of FashMash with consultant and founder of Fashion Scholar Frederica Brooksworth have launched their incredible Young Pioneers programme- a mentoring programme designed to support and nurture the next generation of industry talent who are driving change. This mentoring scheme is in partnership with Dior Bediako, founder of The Junior Network where three of the mentees will be selected from this network.

“The programme is intended to be inclusive for all, but is designed particularly to support ethnic minorities and those from low socio-economic backgrounds. It is directly in response to the Black Lives Matter movement as well as the wider ramifications of COVID-19, with a goal to actively provide opportunities for these less represented groups to succeed in the fashion industry.”
